DETAILS: we will buy like random food from the giant supermarket there and then we will go to the rooftop to talk, play, eat and blah. SO FUN RIGHT! :D

hey guys, was reading the bible and this verse struck me, thought that i would share it with you guys.

"For the son of Man came to seek and save what was lost." Luke19:10

WE WERE SAVED BY GOD'S GRACE and that really hurts me that he actually LOVED us so much! But sometimes we just hurt him again and again.

Our salvation is so unfair that Jesus didn't even do anything wrong but yet, he has to come down to earth to DIE FOR OUR SINS.

As i was thinking and pondering, i thought to myself, "what can i do for jesus for this year's good friday?" and this came to my mind: TAKE THE ROAD LESS TRAVELLED and BE A LIVING TESTIMONY FOR HIM.

Jesus went through so much pain for us, we, should so our part by living for no one else but HIM alone and letting His works to be done in our lives so that others who sees them will believe in Him :D

BY FAITH THROUGH GRACE, ONE IS SAVED

tomorrow is MAUNDY THURSDAY, there will be a maundy thursday service in the sanctuary at 8pm, hope that you guys can go, to remind ourselves of this King who died for our sins thousands of years ago.

P.S there will be an activity planned by the tuan qi for this friday-station of the cross. it is to allow us to trace the path that Jesus took before his crucifixion (not literally). it is from 3-9pm, you can come and go at any time within that given time :D Do come alright, so that we can reflect on ourselves and to think about his SELFLESS LOVE for us, sinners.

Hello Johnnies, I'm praying for every one of us alright, and I hope you guys are doing fine in your respective schools/ministries haha. Anyway this Easter has given me alot of insight into God's word and I hope you guys can see beyond the usual phrase that goes "yeah Jesus died for us". When I read again that Jesus was sold for 30 pieces of silver it really hurt me because seriously, how can he be sold at the price of a slave? (Which is basically about $1200 now btw). And Jesus didn't even retaliate, yet every word he said before his death on the cross really gives me so much thought about his sacrifice.

Hmm okay I hope you guys have an insightful Easter!!

anyway I feel that we should share on this blog you know, don't make it only a blog for announcements or pics. yeah cus we're all growing together! so ask any one of us for the user and password (if you dont already know), so you can blog here and share okay. Jiayou guys, I know when Ida's gone things're gonna be different with a new teacher, but I hope we still continue to grow like how we have been for the past 3/4 months. God bless!

HELLO JOHNNIES!

hello hello testing one two three, one two three.

haha hi, its been a long time since someone said something here.

alright, its already 2009 and the things that we are going to face this year is going to be tougher, like new schooling environment, major exams and blah blah. so jiayou and GUM TOGETHER! :D

let's hope that we will also be more commited to God, be it coming to pei xun and tuan qi regularly or going for service :D

for those taking back our o level results on monday all the best! remember that God has his plans for us so rejoice in the Lord whatever the outcome yea?

glad to have zann back with us again, haha!

and kenneth, hurry come back! :D

oh yea, tuan qi from this year onwards will be every satuday 5.30 to 7.30pm. (except for the last week of the month)

note the time changes and do come! :D

this coming saturday will be having our FIRST TUAN QI! 5.30pm at the music rooM!

is been a long time since this blog had been updated! :)
so yea, i am here to UPDATE!

lets see, holiday are going to be over :(

mms, some of the johnnies just came back from the chalet..
not really just but yea, on the 18th we came back.
and all of us enjoyed right :D
first night, only me, jiemin, joshua and jing hong went :D

and we played twister!
jiemin, joshua and jinghong is the survivor!
i gave up half-way :X
second day, kenneth and wenhan came :D
but kenneth had to go home due to his mom don't let him stay.

after our O'level.. what do you all think?

take the first four number - (9078),
multiply by 80,
plus 1,
multiply by 250,
plus your last four number - (6523),

at the end of this thing, you get your phone number!
which means you will get 90786523!

TUAN QI TOMORROW!

okay tuan qi tomorrow will be VERY EXCITING!
we will watch some short videos on quiet time i guess and WEN HAN will also be sharing in tuan qi about quiet time! :D
and then we shall split into our own class to discuss about the video and our quite time life and so on! so its quite exciting! :D

oh and we are starting this “宣传你的爱！" Campaign. Those who don't know what I'm talking about, we are starting a culture of posting "love messages" to show our appreciation for people in class/outside class. tuan qi has bought self-adhesive stickers in the shape of apples. SO write something to someone whom you appreciates or wants to know better!

THEN, stick it on the "tree" in our youth room (#01-02 opposite office). the stickers will be at the whiteboard so do get them to write on them, alright. =)

maybe we can write together tomorrow! :Dhaha yea so fun right! :D

we learn about importance of witnessing.

this is based on what i know during the class.
but if anyone got any question or found out that i got mistake.

firstly, from the previous lesson..
our conclusion is we must open our heart! no matter is a good thing or a bad thing.

Importance Of Witnessing :
-if you have decided to become a GOD's child, you have to be prepare (:

What is witnessing?
- it is actually directly pointing at us.
- can be separated into two parts which is action & words.
action is just mainly what you saw it, what you do.
words is what you hear, what you said.
- whatever we do, is already a witnessing..
eg : one day you are tired after a day of maybe cca? or maybe you are sick..
your friends and you were going home by bus, but is a peak hour. so the bus is very packed.
after a while, you all finally found a seat and quickly grab it.. and until one stop,
there is a old lady holding on to a lot of things.. will you give up the seat to her? but your friends stop you and said :"don't care the old lady la, just sit!" others may be looking at you and your friends, or maybe this girl know you are a christian, and whatever you do, is a witness to her.
the old lady needs it more than us.. so, conclusion is if you will give up the seat to her and don't care what your friends said which means you will do something that others will not do it.
[sorry if there is any confusion. cause is mainly what i have copy down through the lesson]

hmmm i know that we are all very busy nowadays be it studying, revising or other stuff, just want to say all the best! JIA YOU! :D
this is our final year, final lap, let's all put in our best effort and GO FOR IT!
we might feel stress sometimes and think that everything is going against us, but not to forget that God is with us, through this difficult journey.
let's trust him for he is good! :D
finally, just want to say that during the times where we are busy, try to keep god in our heart and to put him in the first place, i know its hard to do so.
but just try our best to! :D
